Mobile massage therapy service: what to expect

I am available for appointments, 7 days per week, including evenings and weekends. I provide my own couch and towels and just require a warm room, preferably away from noise and distractions, to allow you to get the most from your treatment. Clients are asked not to eat a large meal beforehand and are encouraged to relax afterwards. During the first visit, I will spend about 15 minutes conducting a consultation to assess current levels of physical and mental well-being. This is free of charge and outside the time of your treatment.
